Each Pcounter version and each Pcounter registration number has a date stamp. Maintenance allows you to download and use future versions of Pcounter which have date stamps earlier than (or the same as) the date stamp in your registration number(s).
Maintenance typically needs to be updated yearly.
Maintenance entitles customers to free email, web and telephone technical support and free updates and enhancements to the software. Maintenance is included for one year. Please note that subsequent years' maintenance fees will not be invoiced automatically in the month prior to the expiry of the current maintenance period.
We may require payment prior to releasing your registration code.
